Working principle:
 
  • AGV transfer robot is integrated high speed RFID card reader Navigation of AGV robot base on the electric guidance tape on the ground Signal from AGV is all connected and sent to controlling cabinet,
  • There on AGV is a buttom to change the direction manually or AGV is controlled by host computer through the connection between wireless connection and automatic working part.

  • System sever: Tracking AGV operation
  • Wireless contacting station: Set up on AGV for connecting signal between controlling systems and collecting information station
  • AGV remote controll: Set up near working space so that worker can operate manually
  • Charging station: Automatic or manual
  • Im/Export :Connected to AGV to import/export carriages
